A leading social housing contractor is looking to recruit a proactive, communicative resident/tenant liaison officer for an immediate holiday cover period starting as soon as possible until March 2014.You will be responsible for liaison with tenants with regards to upgrade entitlements of their properties, and any issues or problems they encounter which need resolving.You will need a CSCS card and have your own form of transport. This is a great opportunity to work for one of the largest and most enviable main Social Housing contracts there is in the industry, and with their current tender book, there is always the opportunity that the contract could be extended for the right candidate.
