TENANCY TEAM LEADER, HOUSING/BENEFITS/PLANNING, SLOUGH/READING/SWINDON, CONTRACT

Tenancy team leader required for an initial 3+ month contract to be based from my client's prestigious offices in Slough.

The main purpose of this position is to lead, manage and motivate a team, of housing officers and caretakers to provide an excellent customer-based housing management service while also assisting the Neighbourhood Manager and Enforcement Manager on joint projects leading to integration of services and the creation of balanced and mixed communities of our residents.

To deputise for the Neighbourhood Manager and to develop and manage team members performance in terms of the achievements against an agreed set of targets while taking control of more complex case work and day to day monitoring of contract services.

It would be ideal for candidates to have a Housing qualification or sufficient Housing experience.
