Welfare reform will impact many of our residents and we are taking steps now to recruit a team of specialists to ensure we are best placed to support residents through uncertain times ahead.

This role is pivotal to ensure development of Sovereign's Tenancy Support Service in response to Welfare Reform. You will take responsibility for service development of 12 front-line Tenancy Support Advisors, providing the team with the tools, processes, subject matter expertise and training required to consistently deliver the best advice and guidance to our residents.

Working with a range of internal stakeholders, you will set up a steering group for Tenancy Support in Sovereign.

To be successful within this role you must have an extensive and current understanding of welfare benefits and legislation. You will provide effective leadership and engagement with colleagues to take this service to a high level of effectiveness.

You may have gained experience within a number of roles, including Money Advice Worker, Senior Support Worker, Housing Officer or similar. You will also be able to demonstrate experience in service development.
