Around 60 percent of sales come from energy-efficient products. We are seeking 2 Sales Support Assistants to join our OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) group at our North American headquarters. The successful candidate will assist the OEM channel to supply the best service we can to our customer base. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem solving skills, a strong ability to work independently and be comfortable communicating with various levels of sales management. This temporary role is slated to last at least 3 months and is full time (40 hours per week). There are no health benefits associated with position. Our North Shore Boston location is not accessible by T. Responsibilities: • Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Ad hoc Reporting • Perform Data Analysis • Interact with the entire OEM Sales Channel including: - Sales Reps - Sales Managers - Sales Operations Managers - Innovation Managers - Vice President of Sales • Update Pricing on Sales Deals • Work intimately with the field sales force to provide exceptional service to our customers • Interact with various Business Unit Product Managers • Coordinate Data between Sales Channel and Business Units and Sales Force • Format Data/Analysis for presentation to executive level management • Review and process applications for new customers • Manage pricing for accuracy on pending orders • New Customer Setups • PowerPoint Presentations • Perform Pricing Analysis • Perform Excess Inventory Analysis (track/communicate) • Assist with Allocation Process • HVR Program maintenance • Ad hoc Regional Reporting • Managing Rep IDs • Ordering Office Supplies • Ordering Business Cards • Managing customer visits and required meetings • Shipping/FedEx departmental requests • QA Systems Testing • Various requests for NDA's etc. Qualifications
Requirements: · A Bachelor's Degree required. · Local resident · Proficiency in the use of the MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) · Must be an independent thinker and self-starter with sound reasoning abilities · Previous related work in Marketing and/or Sales preferred. · Excel skills a must · PowerPoint Skills a plus This is a lean fast-paced organization that requires the ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities This position is a temporary position lasting at least 3 months.
