Temporary Sales/Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities to include: · Under minimal supervision, provide professional administrative support to selected sales and marketing groups · Regional Manager Administrative support · Assists in the preparation of high quality Customer presentations for the field, documents, reports and correspondence. · Ongoing maintenance and development of necessary files and materials to support area of responsibility. · Expedite solutions to problems/issues generated by Sales Reps and customers daily · Serve as communication interface between staff, external reports and customers · Ad hoc reporting as needed for field and pricing · Daily/Monthly reporting needs · Price verification · Participates in projects as assigned

Qualifications
Education: · High school diploma plus minimum 5 years relevant experience required, Secretarial/Business School Certificate desirable. Experience: · Knowledge of general administrative, sales/marketing concepts, practices and procedures. · Strong Excel Skills · Excellent Communication skills · Creation of PowerPoints Perfect for a recent college graduate!
