60 - 90 day Temporary position with Superior in San Diego, CA SYLVANIA Lighting Services (SLS), a subsidiary of OSRAM SYLVANIA, has its headquarters in Danvers, Massachusetts.

SYLVANIA Lighting Services is the industry leader in lighting service and maintenance, employing a staff of over 1000 lighting professionals. Service Technicians make up over 75% of our staff, and with a fleet of over 800 service vehicles, we can meet our customers' needs anytime and anywhere. SLS technicians make an average of 30,000 customer stops per month to perform lighting retrofits, group relamps, service calls, and inspections. Even with all the calls they make, SLS Service Technicians achieve 97% on-time attainment for all scheduled maintenance jobs. Job Description Under direct supervision provides administrative and office support to sales and operations for the entire region. Duties include but are not limited to managing calls from internal and external customers and various levels of management, proper and timely filing of documentation, maintaining and creating reports and proper handling of sales related items and systems. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications/Preferred Qualifications/Physical Requirements · Requires the ability to exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skills · High school education or equivalent and 1-2 years of experience · This person must display flexibility in being able to handle and effectively deal with many issues, at times simultaneously. · The position also works closely with area manager for sharing of information. · Must be able to deal with a variety of personalities and various levels of management and remote employees · Must possess excellent computer skills have experience in Windows, Microsoft office. · Compile and analyze basic information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials and prepare charts, graphs, or tables as necessary. Receive and respond to routine correspondence following established procedures not requiring management review.
