The Talent Acquisition Team at OSRAM SYLVANIA is looking for a highly-motivated, organized professional to work in the dynamic corporate recruiting department.

We are a very friendly, upbeat group and are looking a for team member who works smart and has a great attitude. This Temporary Recruiting Sourcer, in collaboration with Corporate Recruiters, will develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies (i.e., internal database, job boards, referrals, networking, internet searches, organizations, etc.) to source high-caliber candidates in an efficient, cost effective and timely manner. The Sourcing Consultant establishes first contact with very passive candidates through direct sourcing. The selected candidate will create balanced and diverse candidate slates, champion candidates for current openings and promote on-going relationship building in the marketplace with business professionals.

As a vital member of the Talent Acquisition Team, you will:

- Work with hiring managers and human resources professionals to acquire top talent
- Post open positions on various sites as directed by Corporate Recruiter. In addition, provide Corporate Recruiter with recommended sites for advertising.
- Generate job postings that accurately reflect position requirements.
- Source quality talent via innovative methods (i.e., internal database, job boards, referrals, networking, internet searches, organizations, etc.)
- Track candidates on our customized Applicant Tracking System (Taleo)
- Identify external databases for mining qualified candidates.
- Conduct research to identify websites, publications, companies and organizations to target to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management.
- Generate a high-volume, high-quality pipeline of candidates under tight timelines for multiple Corporate Recruiters.
- Document and maintain records of sourcing methods utilized to track effectiveness of the source.
- Research and recommend new advertising opportunities, resources and career sites and act as a liaison with recruitment ad agency.
- Follow-up on all sourcing leads provided by Corporate Recruiting staff and track effectiveness of sources
- Identify key associations and organizations for diversity recruitment. Specifically, coordinating and attending events; and creating and maintaining a talent pool of diverse candidates.
- Directly support team members performing administrative work on Talent Acquisition projects and programs

Qualifications
Requirements: - BS/BA - 1-3 relevant experience - Recruiting experience preferred - Excellent written and oral communication skills with a professional phone presence
- Proficiency with MS Office, including scheduling in Outlook
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Analytical and organizational skills - Knowledge of candidate research techniques (including identification of target companies, associations, events, resume mining experience, cold calling and name generation).
- Self directed/motivated.
- Ability to network and negotiate. Strong sales and influencing skills.
- Ability to quickly understand needs of a position and to ask appropriate questions for clarification, establish facts and draw valid conclusions on where and how to identify candidates. This position is a temporary position lasting at least 3 months. The selected candidate will receive payroll through an agency.
