Temporary Probate and Estate Planning Paralegal or JD

Dynamic, downtown Cleveland firm seeks to hire a temporary Probate/Estate Planning Paralegal to cover for an 8 week leave:

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience with probate administration, trust administration and probate litigation. The chosen candidate will be responsible for processing estates from start to finish, including document preparation (forms and petitions), communicating with the court, maintaining and adhering to deadlines, and preparation of income and estate tax returns relating to estate administration.

Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years of significant probate experience. In addition, a B.A. or B.S. degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA accredited paralegal program is preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written), along with time management skills are essential for the success of this candidate. The ideal candidate would possess the following characteristics: honesty and integrity, dedication, a team player mentality, detail-oriented, and the ability to multi-task successfully. Law school graduates with the qualifying skills should also apply if they are open to a temporary paralegal role.
