Key responsibilities will include:
- Raising discplinary paperwork
- Conducting disciplinaries
- Run/co-ordinating the TUPE process
- Conducting inductions and exit interviews
- Interviewing and co-ordinating recruitment process
- General HR Admin
MUST HAVE PROVEN HR GENERALIST EXPERIENCE.
