Temporary Occupational Health RN Job

Yoh has a CONTRACT opportunity for a part time OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH RN (REGISTERED NURSE) to join our Client in Phoenix, AZ.

JOB OVERVIEW:

- 8-40 HOURS PER WEEK. The shifts will be 8 hours and solely for additional staffing needs including vacation and sick coverage as well as busier days in the clinic.
- This is strictly Per diem and could be 2-20 days per month depending on the clinic's needs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- RN to treat both work and non-work related injuries.
- Administer hearing, vision and drug screenings/Medical Surveillance.
- Promote wellness in the work place.
- Complete first report if injury forms and follow up with employee for return to work.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Must have a current unrestricted AZ RN license for at least three (3) years.
- Must have prior ER, Urgent care or Occupational Health experience.
- Must have excellent clinical skills, computer skills and people skills.
- Must be interested in 20 hours a week as it will not go full time.
- Must be able to start ASAP.
