Temporary Financial Analyst II

Around 60 percent of sales come from energy-efficient products. We are seeking a TEMPORARY FINANCIAL ANALYST II at our corporate headquarters in Danvers, MA. THIS IS A LONG-TERM TEMPORARY POSITION. The Financial Analyst II will: Be responsible for the monthly reporting of sales and standard margin for the General Illumination organization, supporting seven sales channels and three business units.
Control, coordinate and analyze all sales reports, sales deductions and standard margins.
Manage, maintain and enhance the operational reporting systems and models for sales and standard margin, including the integrity of the data interface with SAP R/3.
Coordinate and recommend alternative reporting and responses to sales channels and corporate as needed.
Provide analysis and consolation of monthly forecast from sales channels and other functions. Create and distribute monthly reports to include in Cross Function presentation. Provide adhoc financial analysis as required, supporting all sales channels and business units.

Qualifications
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Business Administration plus minimum 5 years relevant experience. SAP/Hyperion Essbase knowledge is a must
Excellent communication skills with exposure to all levels of management.
Highly PC literate with extensive knowledge of Excel and proficiency with other Microsoft Office software.
Knowledge of Macro's is a must.
Database management experience preferred Cognos PowerPlay/Hyperion Enterprise experience a plus.
