Temporary Financial Analyst I

Responsibilities:

- Candidate will be key member of the General Ledger and Vendor Master team.
- Month End closing task for General Ledger:
- Journal entry preparation
- Balance Sheet reconciliations for Corporate Accounting
- Monitor InterCompany Clearing document.
- Vendor Master tasks:
- Work with SharePoint to process vendor forms
- Join team to test new Vendor Master tool in SAP.
- Under limited supervision performs a variety of accounting tasks of moderate complexity with accounts payable group.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business/Accounting with two to four years related work experience.
- Requires strong accounting skills, a proficiency in SAP and Excel. Works independently with the ability to organize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Background in Purchasing and working with Vendor Master data highly desired.
- Strong work ethic needed. Candidate will take full ownership of the process and have accountability to upper management.
- Work independently, be detailed oriented and flexible to meet deadlines.
