Temporary Communications Assistant

Want to work for a dynamic department? OSRAM SYLVANIA, one of the world's largest lighting manufacturers, is looking for a temporary Communications Assistant for our North American headquarters in Danvers, MA.

Responsibilities include:

Graphic Design: · Create graphics for web and print using the latest software (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) · Create graphics to be used in PowerPoint presentations. · Create product information bulletins and needed collateral with agency support using provided design guidelines and templates. Website: · Review web pages for accuracy as needed. · Assist in creating pages using a template-based program. · Function as website liaison for business units needing website updates. · Manage website reporting and analytics: Google AdWords program, Webtrends, etc. on a monthly basis. Project Management Support: • Provide general tradeshow support and manage portable tradeshow program

Other project management support as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

-High School diploma required.
- Bachelor's degree desired and 2-5 years relevant /equivalent experience.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills in English and an excellent phone manner
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to ever-changing environment
- Ability to resolve conflicts efficiently and amiably
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point - Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Self motivated; Self Starter; Positive Attitude
