Temporary Clerical Support

We sell products for homes, businesses and vehicles primarily under the SYLVANIA brand name in the US, and operate under the OSRAM brand in Europe, China and beyond. Around 60 percent of sales come from energy-efficient products. Osram Sylvania is seeking Temporary Clerical Support for a project through the month of June. We are looking for someone to START IMMEDIATELY. This would be providing accounting and analytical support for an IT project. Responsibilities include: · Comparing spreadsheets · Handling billing details & account info · Request updates to the identified vendor records through SharePoint · Lookups in SAP · Data entry (Excel) · Other ad hoc projects

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Related work experience
- Proficiency with MS Office Applications
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Experience with SAP a plus
- Sharepoint knowledge preferred

This position is a temporary project lasting through June with a possibility of an extension. The selected candidate will receive payroll through an agency.
