Temporary Candidate Care Coordinator

The Talent Acquisition Team at OSRAM SYLVANIA is looking for a highly-motivated, organized professional to work in the dynamic corporate recruiting department. This temporary entry level position is perfect for a recent grad.

OSRAM SYLVANIA is the #1 lighting manufacturer in North America and a worldwide leader in lighting solutions. Our products feature innovative design and energy saving technology. We sell products for homes, businesses and vehicles primarily under the SYLVANIA brand name in the US, and operate under the OSRAM brand in Europe, China and beyond. Around 60 percent of sales come from energy-efficient products.

As a vital member of the Talent Acquisition Team, you will:

- Schedule phone & onsite interviews
- Follow up with candidates
- Handle travel arrangements for candidate interviews (flights, hotel, rental car)
- Reimburse interview travel expenses
- Track candidates on our customized Applicant Tracking System (Taleo)
- Post job descriptions and manage online job boards
- Directly support team members performing administrative work on Talent Acquisition projects and programs
- Perform other ad hoc administrative projects

Qualifications

Position Requirements:
- Candidate must be able to demonstrate strong detail-orientation and excellence in written communication
- High-level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)required
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Great written and oral communication skills with a professional phone presence

Education Requirements:
- BS/BA and/or 1-3 years of student leadership/ administrative experience.

This position is a temporary position lasting at least 3 months. The selected candidate will receive payroll through an agency.
