TELESALES EXECUTIVE/ACCOUNT MANAGER

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Telesales Executive/Account Manager to join one of the most trusted IT companies in the UK.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- As a Telesales Executive you will be responsible for the following:
- Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be generating sales for IT equipment and IT consumables
- Cold-calling new businesses
- Building your own account base to manage
- Organising and updating ongoing and future opportunities on company database
- Calling existing customers to generate appointments for additional IT solutions

KEY SKILLS

- This position would suit someone with the following skills:
- A proven track record in telephone sales in the B2B sector
- Ideally 2 years+ experience in selling IT equipment and consumables to businesses
- Knowledge of the IT Industry
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to influence customers and uncover potential opportunities
- Self-motivated
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong listening and questioning skills
- Eligibility to work in the UK
