TELESALES ACCOUNT MANAGER

This fast paced role working in a contact centre environment provides an excellent opportunity to excel your existing customer service skills and develop within a true market leading company.

With supportive line managers and a clear development plan you will work as part of a tight knit team to:

- Deliver excellent customer service by ensuring service levels are met on a daily basis:
- Ensure excellent customer experience by achieving monthly call quality target: min 85% in call quality assessments monitoring effective use of fact-finding, identifying sales needs and meeting these needs through appropriate product promotion, closing and following up the sale.
- Ensure accurate information is provided to customers via email, live web chat and telephone.
- Build effective relationships with portfolio of clients.
