TELEPHONY VOIP ARCHITECT (AIRPORT)

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- High Level Telephony VOIP architect/consultant (prefer Airport experience)
- Strong technical understanding of current VOIP/Network technologies and technical implementation requirements
- Must have recent experience with design, build, test, implement and operating large VOIP installations
- Must have broad understanding of integrating with other systems eg Desktop, Messaging, Directory, Radio, Billing, Voice recognition in addition to common/desktop phones
- Appreciation of requirements gathering, eliciting business needs and producing a solid technical design that will transform the way telephony technologies are used to deliver business benefits
- Able to plan and breakdown delivery of the programme of works into a number of projects taking account of dependencies and priorities
- Input into cost plans and business case to justify the required investment
- Understanding of separate Airport functions eg NATS, Operations, Planning, Emergency Services
- Must be team player and work with other organisations/3rd parties/Stakeholders

SENIOR CONSULTANT WITH EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE OF IMPLEMENTING VOIP TECHNOLOGIES AT A LARGE BLUE CHIP CLIENT OR SIMILAR AIRPORT IS REQUIRED
