ASPECT/VERINT TELEPHONY SPECIALIST - URGENT - IMMEDIATE START

This client is a large international financial services organisation. They are currently looking for a Telephony Specialist with Aspect & Verint Contact Centre Systems Administration & Support experience. This is a 6 month day rate contract with potential for extension.

YOUR ROLE:

- You will manage systems support and administration of Aspect & Verint telephony technology.
- You will have a dual systems administration and project role, managing projects across the organising covering various call centre, call recording, contact centre technologies as well as systems support and administration.
- You will also manage the set up and administration of mobile technology for staff across the group.
- PCI DSS administration.

YOUR SKILLS:

- At least 3 years' experience with Aspect & Verint administration/support experience
- Some experience in working on project related work
