Telephony Implementation Project Manager Job

TELEPHONY IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT MANAGER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Irving Texas.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Project Management Experience in Telephony Projects

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Provide project management leadership for the implementation of Kiosk and phone system.
- The phones will be landlines that have direct dial function to another store and or call center where a insurance agent is located. (Called hub and spoke.)
- Responsible for end-to-end project management, demonstrating ownership of the entire process from beginning to end.
- The PM will have to coordinate and manage the installation with vendors.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Minimum three (3) years experience as a Project Manager for retail environments of telephony/system work.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with Product owner
- Ability to manage multiple vendors in order to execute on project timelines.
- Prior implementation experience if possible.
