Projektbeschreibung
Oversees vendors to ensure they properly handle the daily operations of the telephone systems. Provides vendor support for more complex problems; Coordinates and facilitates moves, adds and changes for voice services, with some supervision; Responsible for telephony problem resolution, escalation, and after-hours support coordination; Provides administrative support (eg writing documentation for tickets, updating and maintaining logs, etc.) ;Assists in developing and executing project plans; Consults with clients to determine telephony requirements and recommend solutions in accordance with standard system procedures; Responsible for the inventory records of equipment and installation details. Ensures quality and consistency of installation standards; Consults with clients and development areas in the design and implementation of small to medium size projects; Help provide direction, guidance, and technical support to clients, systems, and operations areas and develops technical skills of lower level resources; Assists in the development of training materials; Measures, reports, and monitors metrics associated with the delivery of services (eg against established Service Level Agreements); Proactively uses metric trends/data to make course adjustments; Consult with design engineers, when appropriate.
EXPERIENCE LEVEL:
6-10 Years. Skill Set: As a skilled specialist, completes tasks in creative and effective ways; Incumbent's ability encompasses full knowledge required within specialty area; Typically, assists in the design and develops approaches that are implemented by others; Is able to function fairly independently with some oversight and direction; May instruct and guide lower level technical professionals; Experience with ACD or Call Center applications; Excellent computer skills; Excellent interpersonal skills; Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
WORK HOURS: 8am - 5pm
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
6-10 Years of Telephony experience; Technical experience in Cisco products, LAN/WAN, Routers and Switches, ACD, IVR, PBX and Nortel Passport
