An Excellent Opportunity has arisen for a Telephony Architect to join a growing, new, passionate team working on Market leading projects with a Leading Household name! The Telephony Architect will be responsible for the development, deployment, monitoring and performance improvement of the service management telephony solution. The position undertakes development, implementation, configuration, support and continuous improvement of the existing Service Management telephony technology platform in alignment with service management processes The position provides a common view of business capabilities, processes and strategic needs to support objective and decision making for investment in business and technology change which define solutions that support improved business processes by incorporating current and future technologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Architect, design, develop, implement and support the Service Management Telephony technology and service offering.
- Drive telephony application strategies and solutions for the user base and evaluate new technologies and solutions for compliance and best practices.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to drive and build a high performing telephony environment.
- Implement standardised system requirements, business needs and priorities and integrate these requirements into overall design solution.
- Using the toolsets to define and document IT standards and references to enterprise architectures with the goal of developing strategies to promote integration and minimise duplication.
- Facilitating further analysis of complex business problems and/or opportunities surrounding service management architecture.
- Analysing complex business requirements and functional/technical specifications and translating these into application, interface, infrastructure and data solution designs.
- Work closely with Enterprise Architecture to align strategies and meet architectural standards & Provide solution architecture guidance to the designers, technical leads, analyst programmers and other project team members through the delivery of technical project artefacts.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyse information needs and functional requirements.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- Demonstrated experience in Telephony architecture and configuration design and solution.
- Proven experience in understanding system requirements, business drivers and priorities and integrating these into overall telephony design.
- Demonstrated experience in the application of industry standards and best practices for telephony integration and configuration management to deliver business needs.
- Strong technical, business communication and collaboration skills working closely with IT and Business areas to drive maximum uptime and a high performing telephony environment which integrates seamlessly between vendors and internal systems.
- Ability to quickly understand and assess customer's business operating model and address telephony integration requirements and drive through to deliverables to demonstrate business value.
- Demonstrated experience in business modelling and analysis ex.pertise in developing telephony architecture deliverables aligned to the overall Enterprise architect strategy.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully defining, implementing, reviewing and improving measurements for the Telephony solution through the use of SLAs and KPIs.
