I am recruiting for a Telephony Analyst to work for a major global energy supplier in Hasselt, Belgium. You will be monitoring day to day routing and IVR for all departments to detect possible call routing failures, invalid passage scripts and ensure overall call routing efficiency. Troubleshoot issues, conduct root-cause analysis and coordinate efforts of internal departments and vendors to ensure proper call routing, IVR and CTI data passage.
- You will translate business concepts into functional reality and implement call routing and IVR solutions
- You are responsible for performance related reporting to customer care function including forecasts and budgeting figures.
- Design, document, test, implement and maintain Call Routing and IVR configuration, business routing logic and strategies for multiple business units across multiple locations.
Required skills:
- Posses thorough understanding of business analysis tools as the relate to IVR and CTI applications
-MS Office Professional including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
- Flexible approach to work is an absolute pre-requisite
- Demonstrate ability to reason logically and provide effective solution to complex problems. Make quality decisions based on facts and business priorities
-Ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, schedule and meet deadlines
Essential experience
- At least 4 year's experience in a similar role.
- English language is a must
- French or Dutch would be a plus point
- Familiarity with CRM systems - Salesforce
- Genesys, Avaya or Cisco
- Understanding of Windows 7,8, server 2008
