A Telephony agent for the IT Service Desk within a globally dynamic financial client is required to provide IT support and resolution of all types of incidents and requests.

You will be required to:
*Provide navigational and operational help for a wide range of processes, procedures and IT systems.
*show a flexible approach in providing a wide range of support to multiple services across the IT Service Desk.
*Provide a timely an effective interface between users, support teams and service providers when incidents and requests that can not be immediately resolved; ensuring that priority setting and escalation procedures are applied effectively.
