Telephone Sales Consultant - Work from Home Opportunity

Asphar Recruitment are an established recruitment firm located in West Perth who have been operating in the industry since 1988.

We are now seeking an experienced Telephone Sales Consultant to drive our business development initiatives. Your role will include:

- Cold-calling potential prospects
- Providing information to prospects on services offered by Asphar Recruitment
- Booking appointments for consultants and securing jobs where applicable
- Entering new client details and updating the internal database

To be successful in securing this position you will require the following:

- Previous experience in a Telephone Sales or Business Development role
- Pleasant phone manner and strong communication skills
- Good time management, computer skills, and organisation
- Passionate about Business Development and not afraid of cold-calling
- Access to a computer, MS Outlook, and internet connection required

This role is offered on a Casual Part-time basis between a minimum of 5 hours and maximum of 15 hours per week. Due to the nature of our target clients, hours must be worked between Monday to Friday - 8am to 5:30pm, but can be worked at the discretion of the Sales Consultant within these hours.

You will work from home, so no travel will be required for this role. You will require access to a computer, internet connection, and MS Outlook to complete the full duties of this position. You will be supplied with a mobile phone with an unlimited cap plan.

The hourly rate for this position is set at $25.00 per hour plus 9% Superannuation. Your employment will be subject to monthly bonuses based on achieving KPI targets.
