Telephone Advisor

The Energy Saving Trust is looking to recruit a number of Telephone Advisors on a 5 month fixed term contract, to join our team in delivering continued excellent customer service to consumers in Wales.
You will be responsible for ensuring performance levels are met by:
Providing an excellent level of customer service at all times.
Ensuring all enquiries are answered and accurately recorded within specified service levels and timescales.
Actively encouraging a number of households to update energy saving measures in their home.
Ensuring individual and team targets are achieved within specified timescales.
Knowledge, skills and qualifications required
Proven experience of delivering high standards of customer service.
Solid experience of working in a call centre environment.
Excellent telephone and customer care skills.
GCSEs in four or more subjects, including English Language and Mathematics.
Good IT skills.
Ability to speak Welsh is desirable.
