Telematics Consultant/Senior Project Manager

Telematics Consultant/ Senior Project Manager urgently required for a major manufacturing company:

The ideal candidate for this role would have a mix of project management, issue resolution and people networking skills who are familiar working in an automotive environment (would be an advantage) and able to communicate with technical teams involved in systems integration.

They need to be able to understand how wireless applications connect to services using a variety of techniques such as sms, wireless IP, the use of APIs and web services but wont need to develop applications themselves. Most of the work will be managing suppliers on a development programme and communicating with a number of stakeholders including business representatives in Europe and systems development teams globally.

We are looking for the ideal candidate to have recent experience within leading curring edge Telematics projects working with all levels of an organisation, having excellent communications skills and must be a self starter.
