Telecomunications Technical Business Analyst NATO

Projektbeschreibung
1.1.Mandatory
1.1.1.A higher level technical education in a relevant Information and Communication Technology (ICT) discipline, complemented with trainings or equivalent through extensive professional experience;
1.1.2.At least 5 years recent experience with ICT project coordination and IT management support activities;
1.1.3.Knowledge of telecommunication network diagrams, server rooms and data centres layout out;
1.1.4.Expertise in functional and non-functional requirements and to provide support to the analysis and review processes;
1.1.5.Experience in organizing and coordinating of activities in complex ICT environments with multiple actors
1.1.6.Desired certification in ITIL and PRINCE2;
1.1.7.Good understanding of an international diplomatic environment;
1.1.8.Knowledge of LAN, ICT services and their protection mechanisms;
1.1.9.Knowledge of the Unified Modelling Language (UML) and related Enterprise Architecture (EA) tools (eg ARIS, Sparx Systems, or others);
1.1.10.Knowledge of test requirements and processes for IT equipment;
1.1.11.Knowledge of international standards such as TIA-942 or similar;
1.1.12.Have worked with IT organizations that actually manage modern ICT and classified environments
Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
