Senior Site Engineer/Engineering Manager, UK

Our client, a global in telecommunications and infrastructure business, is looking for an experienced Site Engineer or Site Manager on a contract basis, to join a growing team of professionals. The role is based in Berkshire - UK, with a good rate, excellent benefits package and opportunity for exposure to new technologies within an expanding business. This role is ideal for an experienced Site Engineer, with experience in site design and telecom physical transmission infrastructure, who is looking for both a challenging and exciting project.

For a successful candidate, our customer offers the opportunity to work on a brand new project with a leading telecom operator, state of the art facilities under the banner on a highly respected brand. Training will also be provided on specific technology.

The role will be responsible for providing expert level advice and consulting to project teams, ensuring that site designs, programmes and standards are agreed with the customer, tailoring sites to specific locations and environments, as well as providing survey functions where needed.

You should have;

*A Bachelor degree around Structural or Civil Engineering

*Exposure to working on projects in the telecoms space

*Experience with tools such as SAP 2000, ETABS, StaadPro, MSTower, PCA or similar software

*Previous experience of survey tools such as AUTOCAD, MS Office etc.

*Solid understanding of towers, monopole and antenna support structures, including foundations

*Health and Safety compliance

*Outsourcing or Managed services experience
