Telecoms Operations Support

Long contract with major company in the software sector.

Requirements as follows:

*Background in Telecoms network architecture, IVR design, Call routing and Telecoms process for Call centre
*Understanding of basic IVR call flows
*Experience in incident management or operational
*Demonstrated strong understanding of working with an outsourced call centre and Telecoms Carrier
*Demonstrated deployment experience on international projects, working with different cultures and time zone
*Min. 2 years or more experience in Telecoms industry and/or IVR management

Key part of this role will be operational support, troubleshooting and end to end management of incidents as well as an element of change management.
Candidate will be expected to work very closely with regional and global counterparts and business stakeholders ensuring appropriate support for the business as Telecoms "first contact" work stream leads on all Telecoms Incidents and outages.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
*Operational Support and/or Incident management of IT or Telecoms infrastructure
*Good Telecoms knowledge in service number types, basic architecture of routing scenarios and technology + IVR call flow design and deployment
*Contact Centre Management experience
*Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate
*Good structured Executer with some Project management skills/knowledge preferred and some experience working in an international environment
