DESCRIPTION

Telecoms Business Consultant with Process Re-engineering, Workflow Acceleration, Order to Bill expertise is required by my client who are a leading independent telecommunication Service Provider in Asia. We are assisting them to identify and recruit an experienced process reengineering and workflow acceleration business consultant to assist in redesigning the company's existing End-to-End workflows including redefining the auditable processes, dramatically increasing order to bill time-frames, looking at customer service systems in order to improve efficiency and ultimately to drive cost savings pan-company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working for a telecoms service provider, be incredibly confident in obtaining information from multiple departments in order to design the best process solutions, and be comfortable at presenting these recommendations clearly to Director and C-Level.
