We seek an experienced BSS Business Analyst with at least 10 years experience in the telecoms industry. This position will carry responsibility for the design and implementation of business processes for Billing and related business functions.
Skills/Experience required are:
- Extensive experience in Business Analysis within the telecoms sector and a thorough understanding of the BSS landscape - both from a systems and process standpoint.
- Strong process design skills and experience developed over at least 5 years working on BSS process design within a telecoms operator or ISP.
- Excellent Consulting skills - ability to analyse customer business requirements professionally and produce high-quality documentation. Strong communication skills - both verbal and written. Plus the ability to manage customer/stakeholder relationships professionally and effectively.
