Telecoms BSS Professional Services Engineer

WE ARE LOOKING TO HIRE A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES ENGINEER TO PROVIDE ON-GOING IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPPORT FOR TELECOMMUNICATION COMPANY

THIS POSITION INVOLVES DAILY MANAGEMENT, MONITORING AND TROUBLESHOOTING OF AN ALREADY IMPLEMENTED SOFTWARE SYSTEM. THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES ENGINEER WILL FREQUENTLY COMMUNICATE WITH THE CUSTOMER AND WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SYSTEM USABILITY AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

Work with offsite implementation team to make incremental modifications to the system configuration to meet periodic requests for changes based on detailed instructions.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

2-3 year experience with SQL, PL/SQL preferred in MS-SQL or Oracle environment

Knowledge and experience of Windows operating system

Telecommunication knowledge in the area of pricing and billing (BSS)

Strong technical and analytical skills, experience in problem solving

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and interact with remote supporting team

Excellent English
