Telecoms 2nd Level Support Engineer - Wireless

Are you a telecoms engineer with in depth knowledge of 2G, 3G, 4G Wireless networks? Have you done Installation/commissioning in a field role and want to move to a more office based lifestyle? We are urgently looking for NOC engineer to be part of the support team in a 2nd level support role.

The role will encompass, but is not limited to:

- Troubleshooting
- Problem Ticket requests
- Identifying network issues and resolving them or dispatching as necessary
- Perform planned work activities for customers
- Deal with IP related questions
- RAN, BTS, Transmission Networks

You will be experienced with:

- Wireless technologies (2G, 3G, 4G)
- BTS, RAN, Node B
- Transmission networks (wireless)
- IP Transmission domains
- Switching/Routing technology
