Telecommunications Project Manager II Job

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a TELECOM PROJECT MANAGER II to join our client in Overland Park, KS.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- PMII will be responsible for Network deployments of new technology, capacity additions, optimization, and preventative maintenance across CORE, RF, and Access.
- Interfaces regularly with Customer, internal organization, vendors, and Senior Management.
- Creates Executive level presentations.
- Drive delivery teams in a matrixed environment and meets commitments.
- Issue and Risk management are key areas that candidate will work in.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's Degree preferred or extensive Telecommunications experience.
- Five (5) plus years of experience in project management capacity for hardware deployment functions.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of CDMA, EVDO, and LTE.
- Proven leadership skills and comfortable in making tough decisions.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
