Telecommunications Project Administrator Job

TELECOMMUNICATIONS PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Reston, Virginia.

- Microsoft Excel

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Work with project teams to identify and track milestones by site
- Attend project meetings, conference calls and take minutes, and/or update action tracker.
- Attend customer meetings and conference calls when necessary
- Compile reports on behalf of the Customer Project Manager
- Track and report date changes into Site Handler, CASPR and EPL SCM Tool
- Track and Coordinate equipment/RFDS changes
- Update, Design, Use spreadsheets and databases
- Create initial OOMs
- Request inquiry numbers from the team in Mexico
- Add scopes and BOMs to NORAD and other tools ie Continuus, SH
- Upload copies of check requests
- Assist with GC True Up corrections
- Assist with monitoring the # of revisions entered into the tool
- Maintain the PO log to ensure NORAD is updated
- Responsible for database corrections so that accurate reports are produced
- Responsible for entering Tower Crew Incentive drivers into NORAD
- Create a variety of reports Assists with overflow
- May be asked to train others within the Region/Market
- Assignment is performed within the framework of Core Three, and corresponding ways of working.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Ability to Multi task
- Project Administration experience is preferred
- Telecommunications experience is preferred
