Telecommunications Project Administrator Job

TELECOMMUNICATIONS PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Pleasanton, California.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Gathering all the requirements from the field, and submitting them to the customer for approval in the form of a COP.
- This position requires direct contact with Approved Service Providers, and the supporting field teams.
- The candidate selected for this role will have to work heavily between Excel, internal site tracking tools, and end Customer tools.
- The selected candidate should understand the importance of this role, and the impact it has to customers financial position.
- Identify and track Close Out Package needs by site
- Attend project meetings and calls
- Track and report date changes into Site Handler or other designated tools
- Download, review, and approve non-technical COP documents
- Drive stakeholders to complete COP responsibilities
- Track COP documents and approvals
- Prepare and upload documents to Customer data repositories
- Prepare and upload documents to MLA partners

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Education - High School or Equivalency.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Must have good interpersonal and telephone skills
- Have ability to work in a team environment
- Can read, write and speak fluent Self-motivated, strong initiative, well structured, willingness to learn, and able to be a good team player and must have a strong customer focus.
- Cultural Awareness
- Must be an effective communicator.
- Strong organizational and tracking skills.
- Must have a customer first mentality.
- Must be able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency.
- Must be able to support multiple approved service provider companies that perform work on our client's projects.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Working directly in databases (ie Access, Siterra, Site Handler, Continuus, CASPR, InSite, ART, etc.)
- Two (2) year telecom experience is preferred.
