Telecommunications Contracts Manager

I am currently looking for an experienced TELECOMMUNICATIONS CONTRACTS MANAGer to work on a 6 month extendable contract for a market leading client of mine in Johannesburg, South Africa.

CONTRACTS MANAGEMENT & CONTRACTS NEGOTIATION EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL

CONTRACTS MANAGER - 

- Experience in handling civil works/infrastructure construction contracts -ideally in GSM project construction/road and earthworks/general civil construction
- Experience in dealing Contracts with Subcontractors/Suppliers
- Familiarity with working for construction contracts.
- Legal background an advantage, but not essential
- A distinct advantage: Technically minded with experience of the telecommunications sector, ideally in infrastructure build -GSM project
- Strong customer facing skills and negotiation experience when dealing with experienced contractors and consultants
- Experience in handling disputes related to variations/penalties etc.
- Experience in handling sub-contractor contracts and enforcing controls in accordance with GSM project, aligning deliverables to agreed client contract.
