Telecommunications Construction Manager Job

TELECOMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (VIRTUAL PUNCH WALK) needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Plano, Texas.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Construction Management Experience.
- Telecommunications Experience.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Work with the market team to maintain and validate SP Construction Complete schedule
- Work with SP Crew to schedule VPW (last day of Construction) prior to crew demobilization
- Set up actual VPW bridge
- Perform virtual punch walk
- Document defects and communicate to SP including photos (screen captures)
- Review and accept/reject correction photos
- Update DOR to reflect punch walk and site completion status
- Provide feedback regarding high running defects
- Review and document all correction made during the VPW
- For corrections not made during the VPW, establish deadline and drive for defect correction
- Run reports as required to measure performance, identify delays
- Communicate standard discrepancies or inquiries to SME for clarification

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Minimum five (5) years experience managing cell site Construction activities
- Thorough understanding of project SOW and Specification's
- Good computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Basic Data Entry)
- Ability to train others
