Telecommunications Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION:

-- Install and update telecommunication hardware and software across the Enterprise.
-- Ensure all equipment is running at optimal condition and in line with all security requirements.
-- Act as a resource in system design and implementation scheduling.
-- Provide support to operational team related to the telecommunications.
-- Ensure all paperwork and diagrams required are correct and current.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

-- The candidate "must" have a strong background in current AVAYA communications equipment and software.
-- Able to handle most problems with AVAYA telecommunications equipment on their own utilizing available vendor resources.
-- Able to demonstrate skills necessary to implement common AVAYA hardware and software with little or no assistance.
