Flint are seeking a technically grounded Project Manager in IT&C, including Routing and Mobility. The Project Manager will be responsible for the on time on scope to budget delivery of the project.
The location of this role is Bratislava (OR Krakow) OR easy travel to Bratislava.
The position requires a high level of experience with the technical areas. A strong working knowledge of relevant technical concepts and its practical implementation will be valued. Cross functional communications skills and team building experience is required, including excellent customer communication skills.
As a Project manager you will have overall responsibility for accurate functional and financial delivery of your project and sub projects.
Key Responsibilities
Resolution and communication of options to address issues arising from the project implementation.
Ensuring that the project teams follow all procurement and quality assurance processes.
Taking ownership and responsibility for compliance with process controls and the production and maintenance of all relevant compliance certification.
Mandatory Experience/Technical Skills:
Experience of Routing, Mobile Telecoms Networks.
3 to 5 + years experience working in a Project Manager role.
Understanding of the control and management of projects in terms of successful delivery.
Requirements:
PM qualification (PRINCE2, PMP) and/or equivalent demonstrable experience.
Strong commercial and financial skills.
Excellent MS Project, PowerPoint and Excel skills
An ability to project critical path drivers and report accordingly to senior level
Comprehensive communication, organizational, presentation and customer service skills.
Personal Attributes:
Time management and organizational skills
Interpersonal and communications skills
Ability to interface between multiple projects
Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities.
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with abilities to negotiate and interact with management and technical support vendors.
Must have excellent customer service and customer interaction skills and experience
