OUR CLIENT IN CHINA HAS A REQUIREMENT FOR A TELECOMMUNCATION MANAGEMANET AND ANALYSIS SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT. THE PROJECT IS SCHEDULED TO START 01/06/2013 FOR AN INITIAL 3 MONTHS WITH LIKLEYHOOD OF EXTENSIONS.

- Deep- understanding of Telecommunication OSS domain, eg, operation workflow/TT management, Network Performance and optimizing, especially in fault/alarm management;
- Have rich experience/practices on fault/alarm handling life cycle with a centralized alarm/fault system (collecting/Compressing/correlation analysis on one or more type of networks' alarm, eg, Wireless, Transmission, Fixed etc. .)
- Be familiar with alarm collection, standardization (avoid differences from difference vendors), filtering etc. Review the triggers and policies in existing system and suggest the conflict with new correlation scenarios if there is any.
- Be mastery of alarm correlation and root analysis, eg, a transmission device fault causes a BTS out of service, but an AC/DC power alarm causes the transmission device fault.
- Total picture of Telecom networks, well-known about TMF frameworx, ITU-T X.733 and other standards;
- Structure thinking, good communication
- Tele-operator experience will be preferred.
- Netcool deployment solution design and deployment architecture optimization (nice to have).
