Daily Rate: Negotiable + Full Expenses
- Have deep insight of Operation Excellence of Telecommunication OSS domain, and have practice on the operation and management in term of Assurance and Management Service.
- Have experience on the Field operation business transformation and operation excellence, to reduce the operation cost and improve the margin.
- Structured thinking, good communication;
- Tele-operator experience will be preferred.
