Location: Shenzhen. However, frequent global travel  may be required

Responsibilities:

- The successful candidate's responsible range of products and service solutions include: BSS/OSS, IPCC, RCS, IPTV, Mobile Music, Mobile Gaming, Mobile Reading, Mobile TV and SDP.
- The PMO Consultant (SI Project) will be responsible for executing consulting engagements in the areas of program management, project office setup and project management maturity improvement for IT System Integration projects.

Job Description:

- Develop new insights into program management issues and deliver actionable results for SI project management.
- Conduct assessments and recommend actions for improving program management maturity and processes using industry reference frameworks.
- Recommend a roadmap for scaling up PMO and achieving incremental improvements in alignment with organizational requirements and needs.
- Define processes for effective implementation of PMO support, program management and project management.
- Lead and mentor other project managers within PMO and across the company.
- Provide project and program support and help the project delivery team develop project governance with client.

Requirements:

- 10+ years experience in a large Information Technology organization with proven experience partnering with business operations in support of managing complex, multi-year, international projects and programs.
- Expert knowledge of IT functionality and integration across business
