- At least 7-8 years' experience in Infra design for Telecom Billing Infrastructure
- 3-4 years' of this should be on for NetCracker (earlier Convergys) product (IRB/RBM)
- Excellent knowledge on OS (Linux), DB (Oracle), Web Servers (JBOSS and Weblogic) integration with RBM/IRB
- Should be able to explain in details High Availability v/s. Continuous availability
- Well verse with Infra design aspects of performance, reliability, scalability, reusability, business continuity, disaster recovery, application security, networks, virtualization
- Extract requirements from stakeholders like Security, Operations, Business
- Ability to analyze the risks, benefits and opportunities associated with a solution
- Proven track record of successful Infra designs for a large scale project
- Good communication skills, ability to drive the discussions and make decisions
