Projektbeschreibung
- You are primary responsible for all aspects of data model engineering
- Create the companies enterprise data model based on the "Shared Information/Data Model" (SID)
- Identify and tailor relevant ABEs from the SID
- Define the Master Data Management for all adopted SID ABEs
- Define an implementation and migration strategy for the SID adoption process
- Define a SID based "Common Data Model" (CDM) for the companies SOA Platform (TIBCO ESB)
- Guide and educate designers and architects about the SID concepts and terminology
- Provide strong knowledge and solid experience in Data Modeling (preferably on SID) in combination with a solid experience in the Telco Market (eTOM Model preferably)
- Capture requirements and interpret technical requirements and business needs into a solution
- Identify business transitioning points and contribute to the "go-live" plan
- Be clearly identified as the senior technical lead on an assigned project - provide technical direction and mentoring for all related project resources
- Strong experience as a senior technical member of a project or team, ideally working as an architect for telecoms
- Demonstrable experience as a technical team lead on complex business transformation projects (preferably in the telecommunications sector)
- Expert level SID, eTOM and TAM skills
- Successful adoption of SID in at least 3 telecommunications companies
- Expert level UML and XML skills
- Understanding of SOA principles
- Preferably knowledge of telecom systems, such as RBM from netcracker, BSI CRM, TIBCO AMX, SAP
- Language: English and German
