Telco Mobile Project Manager/Coordinator - Parramatta

Short Term Porting Engagement - Immediate Start - 6/8 weeks with possible extensions. You must be virtually IMMEDIATELY available.

Our client is one of Australia's leading technical services organisations, spanning numerous occupations such as trade/supply/facilities/office, etc.

They have built a strong and significant reputation as a client focused services Solutions company based on a broad spectrum of competencies serving the 'end to end' business needs of large to medium Government, corporate, educational and institutional enterprises.

You will be responsible for the effective co-ordination and delivery of their current mobile porting transition projects from one carrier to another.

Other assignments include the fundamental aspects of project management including BAU, scheduling, customer relationships, communications, supplier management, financial management and general administration in accordance with an approved business case.

The Telco Mobile Project Coordinator must be able to work effectively and have a fundamental understanding in all aspects of the product/project life cycle including carrier, vendor, concept, tender, contract negotiation, delivery and maintenance stages.

Your background will cover:
1. Billing as per contracts and SLA's
2. Create and validate an inventory of existing asset and carrier services
3. Maintain hardware maintenance shcedules
4. Check with the site users that their existing mobile services have adequate coverage
5. Activate relevant Mobile Services
6. Service desk incident management processes
7. Assist Telecommunications strategy from a project perspective
8. Prior mobile porting transition projects

Other duties as required
1. Assist in invoice reconciliation
2. Liaise with Client Services with implementation and trouble-shooting.

You will:
1. Be capable of demonstrating a total system end to end perspective
2. Possess a telco background with particular emphasis on mobile telecommunications systems and services
3. Possess excellent documentation and communication skills
4. Have knowledge various data communications and carriers
