Telco/Mobile Business Analyst Required Urgently - FTC - 11 Months

Our client, a large international telecommunications organization located in Dublin urgently requires a Senior Business Analyst with prior experience working with business stakeholders to elicit, analyse and validate requirements for the implementation of, or enhancements to, business processes and information systems.

YOUR ROLE:

- Identify, gather and document business requirements through consultation with the business, formal analysis and assessment of needs.
- Manage and lead business activities to support the implementation of the Technical Solution across a variety of platforms and systems such as; Billing, Operational Support Systems & Networks (OSS/BSS)
- Ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships with all levels of the group, business stakeholders and the technical teams (internal and vendor)  
- Validate the Solutions design to guarantee requirements compliance in collaboration with  Vendors
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to understand their issues, needs and expectations and requirements
- Maintain a close working relationship with Business Stakeholder Representatives
- Translating user requirements into technology based solutions with development teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Previous experience as a Business Analyst within the telecommunications industry
- Experience working with Telco Networks, Financial sales and Products
- Knowledge of UML  or other analysis methodologies
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Extensive experience in network infrastructure environment
- Experience using requirement management toolsets
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and work to timelines
- Proven delivery record on projects in a complex & large organisation
