Telco Field Engineer

Green light is looking for a Telco background Field engineers with base station experience and who can possess good customer service skills, support planning, documentation, train and support Installations on various LTE sites.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- - Provide technical support for customer queries, according to customer contract and internal support model
- Lead small team to delivery TD-LTE Site
- Supports implementation
- Support TD-LTE deployment 
- troubleshooting Flexi Platform, LTE/WCDMA RAN related products
- Testing of Software releases, change deliveries, if required.
- Responsible for fault reporting, following up on issues related to the TD-LTE deployment
- Work closely with Project Team to ensure close relationship and responsiveness to customer needs to meet the TD-LTE deployment timeframe
- Manages network SW and HW configuration information
- Provide technical troubleshooting.

REQUIREMENTS

- Good experience and skills on  Enode B WBTS -LTE
- Able to commission and integrate TD-LTE/FD-LTEFlexi eNB independently
- Advanced troubleshooting skills on telecom switch platform
- Good understanding about/UMTS/LTE network and Transmission protocols
- Basic IP and Unix/linux knowledge; knows basic IP configuration and troubleshooting
- Must have experience on Flexi BTS/WBTS/LTE, eitherFD or TD.
- Good Base station experience.

MUST HAVE DRIVING LICENCE AND WILLING TO TRAVEL.
