Telco CRM Middleware Support Lead - Contract

My client requires a Telco CRM Middleware Support Lead on a contract basis to analyse and resolve CRM/Middleware application issues on production.

The detailed list of functions are:
Technology/Domain:
Java/J2EE, Coldfusion, Groovy on Grails, Oracle, PL/SQL, JackRabbit, Aqua Logic Service Bus. The detailed list of functions are to monitor CRM/Middleware support ticket queue - Set appropriate priority level of tickets and assign to appropriate team resource with relevant skill set and liaise with escalation and resolution of ticket from analysis stage through to development, build, testing and deployment into production and post go-live support. Review all deliverables prior to deployment into production on Meteor CRM. Coordinate operational acceptance testing on pre-production environment with Offshore team and other support teams. Deployments are done out of office hours. Review documentation (Solution Assessment, Functional Specification) related to new projects that impacts billing system and provide feedback. Prepare end to end pre-production environment, test data and ensure any environment changes, such as Firewall access, integration with new 3rd party is in place in pre-production and production.

Qualification, Skills & Domain Expertise:
Must Have:
6+ years of IT work experience. Minimum of 3 years of working experience in Telecom industry, specifically CRM and Middleware domain. Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing applications on Java/J2EE platform, Java-Web Services Hibernate, Spring. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Middleware SOA platform, preferably ALSB. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a support coordinator working on production server with working knowledge on HPOV or other ticket tracking tool. Experience in using tools and utilities like SQL developer, Putty, Eclipse. Thorough understanding of different functions and respective applications in telecom domain - CRM, Billing, Broker services, CMS, etc. Expertise in UNIX, Shell Scripting. Good project documentation skills - Consultative background and attitude.
